Data Analyst Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our fintech team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working with data, and wants hands-on exposure to the fast-growing fintech industry. You will support day-to-day operations, product analysis, and business initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with data analysis, reporting and dashboard updates using Excel/Google Sheets
• Perform market research, competitor studies and industry trend tracking
• Support product, operations and business teams in executing projects
• Prepare weekly summaries, financial models, and simple performance reports
• Help design or refine internal processes to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on administrative or project tasks
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• University student with degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas)
• Proficiency in relational / non-relationship databases, SQL / Python a plus
• Analytical, organised, and comfortable working with numbers
• Positive attitude, proactive and willing to take initiative
• Fast learner with strong curiosity about fintech, digital assets, or financial products
• Good communication skills and ability to work in teams
