Private Equity Associate

A leading European growth equity platform is looking to add one junior investment professional to its London-based team.

The firm partners with founders in the scale-up phase (Series C onwards), supporting them in building European and global category leaders across a broad range of sectors.

Role

• Support deal execution across new investments and portfolio work
• Perform financial analysis, modelling, and business plan assessment
• Contribute to investment committee materials and due diligence processes
• Work closely with senior investors and founders on growth and international expansion topics

Profile Sought

• 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking and/or Private Equity
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean investment team
• Curious, commercially minded, and execution-oriented
• Fluent continental European language required
