We are looking for an analyst who operates at the intersection of Finance and Data Analytics. The role focuses on transforming raw data from SQL and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) sources into clear, accurate, and actionable insights used by senior stakeholders for decision-making.

You will work closely with finance and business teams, owning data pipelines, reporting accuracy, and visualization standards in a remote, cross-border environment

This is you

Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, structured financial models)
Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and joining multiple data sources
Hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard design and data visualization
Experience with BigQuery, DataMarts, or a strong willingness to learn data extraction using Dataflows
Understanding of data integrity, validation, and reporting best practices
Ability to work independently and take ownership in a remote environment
English level: C1/C2 – able to clearly present complex data insights to U.S.-based stakeholders

Nice-to-have skills:

Background in FP&A, finance, or accounting-related analytics
Experience working with GCP-based data platforms
Exposure to reporting automation and workflow optimization

This is your role

Own end-to-end financial and operational data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, repeatability, and auditability
Query and analyze complex datasets using SQL to uncover performance insights
Run, maintain, and continuously improve recurring KPI reporting
Build executive-ready reports in Excel and PowerPoint
Design and develop self-service dashboards in Power BI
Replace manual data pulls with structured, automated workflows using Dataflows and other extraction tools
Build and maintain basic-to-intermediate financial models in Excel to support forecasting and budgeting
Ensure all metrics and reports are well-documented and auditable
