Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS company in Leuven that’s transforming the HR industry through AI-powered software. The platform helps organisations with smarter, fairer, and faster people decisions from recruitment through to onboarding talent development and workforce planning.

As an AI Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and developing intelligent systems that form their product. Working alongside data scientists and software engineers, you’ll help evolve the company’s machine learning capabilities - from NLP-driven matching algorithms to generative models that enhance HR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI models powering the company’s HR SaaS platform.
• Work across the full ML lifecycle - from experimentation and training to deployment and monitoring in production.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Use modern NLP and GenAI techniques to improve engagement features.
• Contribute to the development of data pipelines, model APIs, and MLOps workflows to support delivery.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in Python and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Strong background in NLP, LLMs, or applied AI projects.
• Experience deploying AI models in production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Good understanding of data processing, APIs, and cloud architecture.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Interest in AI-powered SaaS applications would be a huge plus.
