Epassi’s purpose is to boost everyday well-being. We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe. We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets.

Epassi has been awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe on multiple occasions.

We are current hiring a Revenue Enablement & Training Manager to be based in one of our offices in Germany, Netherlands or Finland.

As Revenue Enablement & Training Manager, you will own the design, coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of group-wide revenue enablement and training programmes that drive go-to-market (GTM) alignment and operational optimisation across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

You’ll help create consistent execution and adoption of aligned revenue processes across multiple markets—supporting both established and newly acquired teams—while enabling market-specific localisation where needed. Your work will directly impact productivity, CRM/process adoption, and predictable revenue performance at scale.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Define and own the group revenue enablement strategy and annual enablement plan
  • Align enablement priorities with commercial strategy, revenue targets, GTM motions, and operational developments
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership, and Finance to ensure enablement supports planning and performance goals
  • Establish enablement standards, frameworks, and success metrics across markets
  • Own global sales playbooks, process documentation, and best-practice content
  • Design structured onboarding, role-based training, and continuous learning programmes
  • Ensure enablement materials align with CRM workflows, revenue processes, and data standards (HubSpot preferred)
  • Standardise core enablement content while enabling market-level localisation
  • Deliver key training sessions and coordinate delivery via sales leadership and external training partners
  • Act as the central coordination point for cross-market enablement rollouts and adoption
  • Define and track enablement KPIs (adoption, productivity, conversion) and continuously improve based on insights and feedback

You’ll Be Successful In This Role If You

  • Drive adoption of standardised revenue processes and consistent CRM usage across markets
  • Improve sales productivity measures such as ramp time, conversion rates, and win rates
  • Deliver enablement programmes consistently across markets while supporting effective localisation
  • Establish clear enablement KPIs and demonstrate measurable impact on revenue performance
  • Earn strong feedback from sales leadership and local teams for practical, high-impact enablement

What You’ll Be Doing (daily)

  • Building and maintaining playbooks, process guides, and role-based training materials
  • Running onboarding and training sessions (live and/or blended learning formats)
  • Coordinating with Market RevOps and Sales Leaders to plan rollouts and reinforce adoption
  • Aligning enablement content with CRM workflows and any changes to revenue processes
  • Reviewing performance data with BI/Analytics to understand training impact and prioritise improvements
  • Collecting feedback from markets and iterating on content, formats, and delivery methods
  • Managing the enablement calendar, communications, and stakeholder updates across regions

What You Should Bring

  • 7–10+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or GTM operations roles
  • Proven experience designing, scaling, and delivering enablement and sales training programmes in multi-market or global environments
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operating models
  • Experience working closely with Revenue Operations and CRM-driven organisations
  • Strong instructional design, facilitation, and communication skills
  • High organisational strength and programme management capability
  • Comfort translating strategy, processes, and data into practical enablement that teams actually use
  • German language skills preferred.

Your track record

  • Designing and rolling out onboarding and role-based training that improves ramp time and productivity
  • Building and maintaining sales playbooks and process documentation at scale
  • Driving measurable adoption of CRM workflows and standardised revenue processes
  • Coordinating enablement across multiple markets while balancing global standards and local needs
  • Using performance data and feedback loops to continuously improve enablement effectiveness

Your competency profile

  • Enablement strategy & systems thinking: You connect training to GTM motions, behaviours, and outcomes—not just content.
  • Instructional design & facilitation: You create engaging learning journeys and deliver training confidently to mixed audiences.
  • Stakeholder management: You align Sales, RevOps, and Finance and can influence without formal authority.
  • Programme management: You plan, prioritise, and deliver across multiple markets with clear structure.
  • Data-informed iteration: You use adoption and performance signals to improve enablement continuously.
  • Practical mindset: You turn strategy and process into assets teams can use in real customer conversations.
