Junior Digital Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Digital Engineer to join our Data & AI Team. The ideal candidate will have background in Data and AI, Python programming, usage of Large Language Models (LLMs), and Azure Cloud. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for innovation and technology, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Data and AI: Utilize existing data models and AI algorithms (Azure Cloud-based or internal) to analyze large datasets, understand predictive models, and implement AI-enabled solutions that drive business insights and efficiencies.
Python Programming: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Python. Develop, test, and maintain software applications, automating repetitive tasks and optimizing processes.
Large Language Models (LLM): Research, test and integrate existing LLMs into various applications. Leverage LLMs within AI-enabled solutions using natural language processing, understanding, and generation to enhance user experiences and automate text-related tasks.
Azure Cloud: Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure. Ensure the security and reliability of cloud applications and services.
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) (nice to have): Implement RPA solutions to automate business processes. Identify opportunities for automation, design workflows, and maintain RPA bots for optimal performance.
UI/UX Design (nice to have): Create wireframes and mock-ups to define and design user interfaces. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the UI/UX meets business requirements and provides an intuitive user experience.

Skills And Attributes For Success

Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to clients and/or stakeholders.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in implementation of digital, data or AI solutions.
Knowledge of Python programming and software development practices.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models.
Expertise in Microsoft Azure deployment and management is a plus.
Experience in implementing RPA solutions is a plus.
Knowledge in UI/UX design, with experience in creating wireframes and mock-ups is a plus.
Experience with other programming languages such as Python (HTML/CSS is a plus).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Certifications in Azure, AI, or RPA technologies is a plus
