Product Manager

My client, a multinational leader in their market is looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join a growing asset management firm. This role offers exposure across the full fund lifecycle — from product idea and launch through to post-launch management.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and support a wide range of product and regulatory initiatives.

The Role:

• Support end-to-end product management projects across all fund types
• Manage project plans, timelines, reporting, and risk tracking
• Coordinate product documentation (prospectus updates, fund supplements, KIIDs/PRIIPs)
• Partner with Legal and Compliance to meet regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
• Support Product Committee governance and senior management reporting
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives

What you need:

• 3+ years’ experience in asset management or financial services
• Strong project management experience across the full lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
• Project management qualification (PRINCE2/PMP) is a plus
• Familiarity with UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID, Morningstar or Fundinfo is an advantage
• Italian language skills desirable but not essential
