Requirements
Education, further training, Language skills, IT skills
- HR/legal education or relevant HR experience equivalent
- Very good knowledge of local language; good knowledge of English (written & spoken)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar function
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Knowledge of an HR systems
- Trustworthy, team-oriented and reliable personality
- Service-oriented, exact and quality-oriented way of working with very strong ethics
- Positive team spirit and flexibility
- Administrative tasks concerning all HR relevant processes
- Preparation HR related regulations
- Execution of payroll run
- Administration of time recording & absence management
- Contact person for employees in the above-mentioned topics
- Support of the HR systems
- Creation of reports & lists & HR system uploads
- Recruitments
- Support Managers with onboarding and offboarding
- Support Managers with preparation of JDs
- Support Managers with Performance Review and Development plans
- Collaboration on HR international projects
- Advisory and administration of trainings internal/external
- Key contact person and coordinator for HR suppliers (eg. payroll company, recruitment companies,etc)
