We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, optimize, and maintain our cloud infrastructure, drive automation excellence, and lead key engineering initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, champion best practices, and ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our systems.

Your Main Tasks Will Be

Architect and maintain scalable, resilient infrastructure
Lead Kubernetes and container strategy
Implement DevSecOps practices
Implement IaC and enforce standards
Improve system reliability and performance
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Lead incident response and root cause analysis
Mentor Mid and Junior Engineers
Participate in on-call rotation
Partners support and best practices sharing

We Expect

Strong experience with Kubernetes platform, experience with VMware Tanzu Platform or similar enterprise Kubernetes solutions is a plus
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and distributed systems.
Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Go)
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, FluxCD etc.)
Experience with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
Solid understanding of networking, security, and observability
Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and mentor others

Desired Qualifications

At least 3 years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering
Experience owning production systems end-to-end
Monitoring & observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
