What Will You Do:

- Lead complex data analysis projects.
- Develop and implement data management and analytics strategies aligned with business needs.
- Design and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and streaming data systems.
- Collect, manage, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Optimize data loading processes and complex reporting.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data collection, transformation, and integration from various sources.
- Develop statistical and forecasting models, applying advanced analytics techniques (e.g., machine learning).
- Generate insights and recommendations for senior management based on thorough analysis.
- Ensure compliance with data security and quality standards.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance analytics processes and maximize the value of data-driven solutions.
- Higher education in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
- Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting models.
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation and cleansing techniques.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to organize work independently.
- Good command of English.
