UX / Product Designer

This Could Be The Perfect Challenge If You Have

• 5+ years of professional experience in UX or Product Design.
• Strong background in user research, usability testing and empathy-driven design.
• Experience translating user needs into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite or Sketch.
• Ability to work closely with product owners and development teams in Agile environments.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to communicate design decisions and impact.
• Detail-oriented mindset, from research and journeys to specifications and handoff.
• Experience designing desktop or complex digital applications.
• Comfortable working iteratively in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Availability for a hybrid work model, 3x per week in the office.
