Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across one or more cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who champions Agile values, removes impediments, and enables teams to deliver high-quality outcomes consistently while fostering continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles to improve maturity and performance
• Remove impediments and blockers, escalating when necessary
• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure well-defined, prioritized backlogs
• Enable transparent delivery tracking using metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, and predictability
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable outcomes
• Protect the team from external disruptions and scope creep
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety
• Support Agile transformation initiatives at team and program levels
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, and leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach
• Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional engineering teams
• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices
• Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to coach teams rather than direct them

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus)
• Background in technology, banking, fintech, or data platforms
• Exposure to cloud, microservices, or distributed systems
• Experience supporting multiple teams or complex programs

Certifications (Preferred)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Agile Coach certification
