Software Engineer

This is a nearshore role. We will accept consultants from nearshore locations, including Bulgaria, Poland, Latvia, and Romania.

English speaking

• a) Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
• Lead end-to-end development activities across backend and frontend components using PEGA, Python, and JavaScript
• b) PEGA & Business Process Automation
• Design and implement PEGA applications for business process management, case management, and decisioning.
• Customize PEGA workflows, rules, integrations, and UI components aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate process needs into robust PEGA solutions.
• C) Enterprise Integration & APIs
• Design and Develop enterprise integrations in platforms like Kong, Solace and MuleSoft between internal systems and third-party platforms (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, supply chain, etc.).
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful and event-driven APIs. [Synchronous and asynchronous APIs)
• Ensure data consistency, reliability, and performance across distributed systems

• PEGA Platform (application development, workflows, integrations)

• Enterprise Integration (system-to-system integrations, middleware concepts)

• Experience with microservices and service-oriented architectures
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS)
• Knowledge of security best practices, data privacy, and compliance standards
• Experience working in global, multi-brand, or luxury/retail environments
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
