🚀 First who?

You are an UX/UI Designer with strong mobile experience, confident designing cross-platform applications using React Native or similar frameworks. You are comfortable working on complex products, translating detailed requirements into clear user journeys, and collaborating with multiple teams in parallel.

You bring a calm, structured approach to your work. You communicate design decisions clearly, apply research insights thoughtfully, and maintain a high bar for usability, visual clarity, and consistency. You are adaptable, able to move across domains when needed, and comfortable working in evolving environments.

🚀 Then what?

You will contribute to the design of a large-scale mobile platform, focusing on improving key user journeys within a complex product environment. The work involves close collaboration with researchers, content designers, design system specialists, and multiple engineering teams.

While the initial focus is on a defined product area, the delivery model allows for exposure to different clients and domains over time, requiring strong, well-rounded senior-level UX and UI capability.

📌 Your mission

• Design mobile experiences using React Native across key user journeys
• Translate complex information into clear, intuitive mobile flows
• Apply iOS and Android patterns appropriately within a cross-platform setup
• Contribute to mobile patterns within a broader design system
• Partner with researchers to plan, run, and iterate on usability testing
• Produce high-quality UI with strong structure, hierarchy, and usability
• Collaborate with multiple engineering squads and product workstreams
• Communicate design rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Maintain consistency, accessibility, and usability across the mobile experience

⚙️ Your toolbox

• Proven experience designing mobile applications using React Native or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of iOS and Android behaviours, patterns, and conventions
• A portfolio demonstrating confident UI craft and clear UX thinking
• Experience applying research insights and iterating based on evidence
• Comfort working across parallel teams in structured delivery environments
• Strong communication skills and an organised, methodical approach
• Ability to transition into new domains when required
