About The Role

Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding and development, to partnering with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.

We're looking for a People Specialist (Rewards) to ensure our employees are operating at their best in a well-structured, high-performance environment. You'll work with our global team to develop compensation, benefits, and rewards policies to maintain a world-class employee experience for all Revoluters.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leveraging knowledge of market practice and trends to support business goals and ensure Revolut remains at the forefront of compensation practices
• Leading the annual compensation lifecycle, including internal planning, coordination, and implementation
• Providing end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support for the business, including benchmarking, survey submission, and salary review processes
• Reviewing and updating compensation-related procedures, policies, and data repositories as needed
• Supporting the implementation of new compensation policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance on a global basis
• Actively supporting other People team members on ad-hoc compensation and rewards projects and initiatives
  
  

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of relevant corporate or consulting experience in areas such as compensation, rewards, or HR
• Solid analytical, mathematical, and data/information management skills
• The ability to address issues and devise solutions with creativity and innovation
• Great collaboration skills to cultivate genuine partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• The ability to drive and sustain operational excellence and develop effective controls
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, tech, or a startup
• A CIPD qualification
• Experience in an international team
• Working knowledge of local employment law and HR practices
