Smart Edge’s Client is looking for an individual to help with their Network Engineer @ Remote (Romania)

Experince Required :

• Assist in the Network design, implementation, and management of AWS networking solutions, including Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), subnets, route tables, and VPN connections
• Configure and maintain VPC peering, transit gateways, and Direct Connect for hybrid cloud environments
• Assist in the setup and management of security groups, network ACLs, and firewalls to ensure secure network communication within the AWS environment
• Implement AWS security best practices to protect data and applications in transit
• Monitor the performance and health of networking components using AWS CloudWatch, VPC Flow Logs, and other monitoring tools
• Troubleshoot networking issues related to AWS services and work with the senior team to resolve complex problems
• Assist in automating networking tasks using AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS SDKs
• Collaborate with other teams involved in AWS migrations, ensuring networking configurations are optimized for migration and scalability
• Support the networking aspects of application and database migrations to AWS
• Support the setup and testing of network-related disaster recovery processes
