Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a complex, multi-team environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with proficiency in project management tools such as Jira.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Competence in risk identification and mitigation planning.
• Ability to ensure quality standards and meet acceptance criteria.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working alongside business unit leaders to align project objectives with organizational goals.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of projects within designated streams by managing all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, with a focus on achieving established business outcomes.
• Develop project schedules with milestones and deadlines; assign tasks to project team members in coordination with business unit directors; continuously track progress and address obstacles to maintain priorities and deadlines. Maintain updated task statuses in Jira to provide transparency for the PMO and Executive Board.
• Communicate project progress and status regularly through Jira and weekly status summaries. Organize status meetings for stakeholders and ensure clear communication of risks, issues, and decision points to the PMO and Executive Board.
• Identify risks and issues early; implement mitigation plans. Ensure the quality of project deliverables through testing, documentation, and acceptance criteria. Escalate matters beyond personal authority or impacting program objectives to the PMO or Sponsor.
