Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through technology? I am seeking a Product Manager / Product Owner to lead the evolution and optimisation of a major digital health platform used across the UAE. In this role, you will shape product strategy, collaborate with clinical and technical teams, and contribute to one of the region's most impactful health information initiatives.

As the Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a large‑scale Health Information Exchange (HIE) platform used by hospitals, clinics, labs, pharmacies, regulators, and patients across Abu Dhabi.

You will partner closely with engineering, UX, clinical stakeholders, and government entities to enhance interoperability, expand ecosystem integrations, and improve clinical outcomes through data exchange.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the product vision and roadmap for a major Health Information Exchange platform, ensuring alignment with Abu Dhabi’s digital‑health strategy.
• Translate regulatory requirements and provider feedback into clear product requirements, collaborating closely with engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver high‑quality features.
• Act as the main liaison with clinical stakeholders, healthcare providers, and government partners, gathering insights and supporting provider onboarding.
• Drive user adoption by optimising user experience, validating enhancements, and addressing workflow needs across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Ensure product compliance with UAE data‑privacy, security, and health‑regulation standards while maintaining high data quality and system reliability.
• Monitor product performance, analyse usage trends and user feedback, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, computer science, engineering, healthcare, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within healthcare technology, EMR/EHR, HIE, insurance or start-up
• Experience working with cross‑functional engineering and clinical teams.
• Ability to translate complex clinical and technical concepts into actionable product requirements.
• Must be experienced setting up the strategy for digital products and being able to identify what the direction is
