ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

We’re looking for an HR Generalist to support Coty’s HR agenda across the UAE by managing end-to-end recruitment coordination, leading nationalization initiatives, driving people analytics, leading learning and capability building initiatives and ensuring a seamless employee experience. This role partners closely with managers across global and commercial functions, acting as a trusted HR point of contact and champion of Coty culture.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Liaise closely with our RPO to coordinate all recruitment activities for UAE roles across global and commercial teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on hiring needs, candidate screening stages, and overall recruitment workflow.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and ensure a strong talent pipeline.

Emiratization – Rihlaty Program

  • Lead the Rihlaty Emiratization program and manage all related processes.
  • Track, report, and ensure achievement of annual Emiratization quotas and commitments.
  • Support development, engagement, and retention initiatives tailored to Emirati employees.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth induction experience.
  • Coordinate with internal teams on documentation, systems access, and induction schedules.

People Metrics & Analytics

  • Own people dashboards, metrics, and reporting (e.g., attrition, recruitment, promotions, engagement trends).
  • Interpret data, highlight insights, and propose actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Support HR planning and decision-making through data-led analysis.

HR Operations & Projects

  • Support the delivery of the HR agenda across capability building, talent development, engagement, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Assist with HR-driven projects such as restructures, policy updates, and regional initiatives.

Business Partnering

  • Maintain regular 1:1 check-ins with Coty managers to understand team needs and challenges.
  • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor on people-related topics.
  • Support managers with HR policies, employee growth discussions, and performance matters.

Internal Communications

  • Lead all people-related internal communications, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment with Coty values.
  • Develop and manage HR announcements, newsletters, and campaign messaging.

Capability Building & Learning

  • Lead the design and delivery of capability-building initiatives aligned with Coty’s strategic priorities.
  • Manage learning programs, workshops, and functional upskilling initiatives across all teams.
  • Oversee the mentoring program, ensuring strong participation, matching quality, and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and recommend tailored development solutions.

Role Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 5-8 years of HR experience, ideally within a regional or multinational organization.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment coordination
  • Exposure to HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and talent development
  • Experience supporting HR projects such as restructures, policy updates, or organizational initiatives

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to managers.
  • Solid capability in people analytics, including building dashboards, interpreting data, and translating insights into actions.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with experience leading internal communications and people-related messaging.
