We’re hiring a Data Engineer to join a small, collaborative team.

This is a hands-on, SQL-heavy role with strong exposure to Tableau, data pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, influence data processes, and help shape how data is used across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, data models, and databases
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
• Support and enhance Tableau dashboards and analytics datasets
• Ingest and manage data from multiple systems and APIs
• Troubleshoot data quality and performance issues end to end
• Partner with analysts and business stakeholders to enable reporting and insights
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Data Analysts
• Document data processes, workflows, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of strong SQL experience (procedures, triggers, complex queries)
• Experience supporting Tableau (Power BI also welcome)
• Background in data engineering, analytics, or related roles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
