We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team and help shape the future of programmatic advertising. You'll architect and build high‑performance systems that process millions of ad transactions in real time, while leveraging cutting‑edge AI technologies to optimize outcomes for our partners.

This role sits at the intersection of ad‑tech and AI, working with massive‑scale systems and sub‑millisecond latency requirements. You’ll own the full development lifecycle — from architecture to deployment — collaborating with a modern, high‑performing engineering team.

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js
• Ad‑Tech Experience
• Python experience for backend/data processing
• Experience with high‑performance distributed systems
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices
• Cloud experience (AWS/GCP)
• SQL/NoSQL and streaming technologies
• Excellent problem‑solving and autonomy
• Strong communication and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Programmatic advertising & OpenRTB
• Hands‑on SSP/DSP experience (Xandr, Magnite, PubMatic, Index Exchange)
• Prebid.js / Prebid Server / header bidding
• Auction mechanics & bid optimization

AI‑Native Experience (Strong Plus)

• Building applications powered by LLMs
• Agentic workflows (LangChain, LangGraph)
• Deploying/serving ML models
• Prompt engineering & RAG architectures
