User Experience Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role is focused on driving brand and visual identity, owning website design, and confidently communicating design decisions. You will work end-to-end: from brand and visual identity development to website page designs ready for development.

Your future tasks:

• Drive brand and visual identity development, including logo and visual systems.
• Own the full design flow from brand/visual identity to website page designs.
• Design websites with a strong focus on structure, clarity, and visual consistency.
• Design social media graphics based on existing brand visual identities when needed.
• Explain and justify design decisions clearly and confidently.
• Collaborate closely with brand strategy, writers, account management, and creative leadership.
• Work independently while staying closely aligned with the broader team.

What we expect from you:

• Strong senior-level experience in brand and visual identity development.
• Strong expertise in website design.
• Ability to drive visual and brand identity, not just execute tasks.
• Confidence interfacing with stakeholders and explaining design decisions.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end, from concept to final design output.

Terms:

Employment Type: Freelance.

Work format: Start with a part-time collaboration on selected projects, with the possibility to ramp up to full-time based on mutual fit.

Availability: Partial overlap with US East Coast working hours (evening availability preferred).

Holidays: 14 days off per year, with advance notice and clear communication.
