About the Role:

As a Software Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you will work closely with other engineers and product stakeholders to analyse requirements, design solutions, and implement high-quality, maintainable code. You will take ownership of core platform components and contribute to the continuous development, scalability, and security of fintech products used by customers across Switzerland and beyond.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS & On-Prem),
• AL Development, Visual Studio Code,
• REST APIs, Modern Interface Integration,
• Git, Automated Testing,
• Azure DevOps, Docker (nice to have),
• Cloud-Based Financial Platforms,

Nice to Have:

• Experience developing cloud-based solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience with automated testing and version control (Git)
• Knowledge of REST APIs and modern system integrations
• Exposure to Azure DevOps and Docker
• Experience working in fintech, financial services, or regulated environments

Salary: CHF 110'000 - CHF 140'000 + Bonus + Benefits
