Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct user research to gather insights.
- Design user flows and customer journey maps to visualize the complete user experience.
- Develop use cases and document high-level solution requirements, including functional capabilities and constraints.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate proposed designs effectively.
- Plan and execute user testing sessions to validate solutions.
- Make impactful design decisions that positively influence product development.
- Share your expertise in UX methodologies and best practices with the UX team.
- Contribute to growing and enhancing our exceptional UX team.
What We Expect:
- 5+ years of experience as a UX designer or in a similar design-related role.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in creating prototypes or wireframes for complex web applications and workflows.
- Solid understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD).
- Strong research skills with proven experience in creating personas, user journeys, and user flows.
- Ability to translate research insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Analytical mindset with a user-first approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with high-level solution design in technical contexts.
- Proficiency in high-fidelity design, with experience in creating design systems.
- Collaborative experience working in teams, particularly with developers and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is necessary for effective communication with business partners.
- Self-organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent knowledge of using Figma, Figjam, Azure DevOps
- An online portfolio showcasing design deliverables such as personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes is required.
