Join one of Australia’s largest ASX‑listed blue‑chip organisations, operating across Australia, New Zealand, and five Asian markets. They are seeking a Netskope Specialist / Security Specialist for an initial 6‑month contract, with the possibility of extension.
Your new role:
As a Netskope Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, optimisation, and ongoing management of Netskope within the organisation’s security ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to elevate their understanding and effective use of Netskope and other Security Services products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting daily operations across Netskope Security Services.
- Acting as a subject-matter expert for Netskope platform capabilities, policies, and integrations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving Netskope-related issues across cloud, web, and private access services.
- Implementing best‑practice configurations, policies, and DLP controls in Netskope.
- Participating in on‑call support for Security Services incidents.
- Automating security tasks, including incident response and Netskope policy management.
- Applying Infrastructure‑as‑Code and pipeline methodologies to security tooling deployment.
- Continuously optimising service delivery and user experience for cloud security platforms.
- Monitoring, analysing, and remediating alerts across Netskope and associated security products.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance platform usage, security posture, and alignment with business requirements.
- Contributing to the product roadmap and broader cybersecurity initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed:
Success in this role requires strong technical expertise and a passion for modern cloud security platforms, especially Netskope. You’ll bring:
- Experience in enterprise IT operations, security engineering, or service delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with Netskope—including deployment, policy management, DLP, SWG, CASB, ZTNA/Private Access, and integrations.
- Exposure or experience with complementary technologies such as:
- Checkpoint, CrowdStrike, CSC, Akamai, Legacy Systems Protection, scripting/coding.
- Working knowledge of AWS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, SANS, or ISACA are highly regarded.
- Relevant certifications in Netskope, Checkpoint, CrowdStrike, DNS providers, or other cloud security platforms.
