Our client is on the lookout for motivated APS5 Project Officers to play a pivotal role in delivering projects and supporting change initiatives within our frontline services. About the Role
As an APS5 Project Officer, you will facilitate the successful delivery of various projects and initiatives. You will coordinate different work-streams, manage documentation, and leverage stakeholder relationships to achieve project goals. Your ability to analyse data for reporting insights will contribute to effective decision-making processes as well as innovative solutions that enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project initiatives independently to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate work-streams and track actions to support change initiatives.
  • Produce clear communication materials and updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across systems while managing confidentiality.
  • Analyse data and create accessible reports and presentations.
  • Utilise SharePoint efficiently for document management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.


Skills and Experience

  • Proven technical skills and experience in project and program environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Sound analytical skills for data interpretation and actionable insights.
  • Experience in change management strategies to support staff transitions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.


Qualifications

  • Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.
