Accountabilities
- Create and send statements or invoices, track payments, and record company expenses.
- Gather data on trends and prepare reports for comparative analysis.
- Store and organize documents and files efficiently.
- Conduct data entry, prepare lead lists, and transcribe audio recordings.
- Research products and secure samples as needed.
- Update and collect information for marketing and sales campaigns through a CRM system.
- Monitor projects and organize internal communications.
- Coordinate team calendars and ensure timely meeting preparations.
- Prepare itineraries and manage travel arrangements.
- Respond to emails and organize inboxes based on client preferences.
- Synthesize data into cohesive reports and presentation slides.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-level executives.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification.
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and instant messaging.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity of current technologies.
- Experience with MS Office and online scheduling tools like Google Calendar.
