ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for his client a Scrum Master

Function description :

• Project Coordination: Support the technical lead/Product Owner in planning and executing the applications rollout, including:
• Installation in the different environments,
• Integration with existing IAM tools and other applications of the bank,
• Testing at different stages (IAT, UAT, BAT, NRT, …),
• Deployment in production (including data migration)

• Stakeholder Alignment: Liaise with Security Architects, IT Operations, Vendors, to ensure on-time delivery including all needed contributions.
• Regular project monitoring & reporting to various stakeholders
• Manage risks (e.g., delays, scope creep, security gaps) and escalate them if needed.
• Change Management: Support user training, documentation, and communication for adoptio

Required skills :

• 5+ years as IT Project/Delivery Manager
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master in IT projects
• Familiarity with agile at scale (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) in large organizations
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Identity Manager) or similar enterprise deployments.
• Fluent in english and french, dutch is a plus
