Information Technology Project Manager

SII Belgium is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of new IT projects for various clients across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of one or more IT projects from initiation to delivery
• Ensure project team engagement regarding scope, planning, cost, risk, and quality
• Address and manage project changes as needed
• Ensure all project activities follow the defined IT standards, processes, and methodologies
• Assess and mitigate risks related to IT systems, digital solutions, and technical dependencies
• Monitor project budget adherence and optimize resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional IT teams, planning and scheduling tasks and responsibilities
• Manage interactions with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technology vendors
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for project reviews and steering committees
• Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with company and client strategy

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• +5 years of experience as IT Project Manager with strong relational skills and formal project management training
• Solid understanding of IT environments, especially cybersecurity
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to lead multidisciplinary digital teams
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to various stakeholders (technical & non‑technical)
• Detail-oriented, structured, and well-organized
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Fluent in French and English
