This role focuses on leading the strategy, design, and delivery of internal systems and business processes that support scalable growth. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into efficient, well-structured internal solutions. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, you will own initiatives from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement. The environment is fast-paced, remote-first, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and impact. Accountabilities

• Partner with leadership and department heads to define the vision for internal systems that improve efficiency and business outcomes.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear product roadmaps aligned with technical and operational priorities.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to release, adoption, and continuous optimization.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, engineering, and design teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely delivery.
• Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and re-engineering.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that deliver impactful internal tools and scalable process improvements.
  
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager in a digital or tech-driven environment.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience improving internal tools and business processes.
• Strong understanding of modern product and project management practices.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver internal solutions end to end.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills, with a data-informed decision-making mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with business process optimization, digital transformation, and automation initiatives.
• Comfort working remotely across time zones with a high degree of ownership and independence.
• Familiarity with no-code or low-code tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Bubble, or similar is a plus.
• Previous background as a Business Analyst is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
