Production Sampling Supervisor - Junior Position


The candidate will manage the lifecycle of production materials, from procurement and quality assurance to logistics and inventory.


You will ensure projects related to press and production specifications are executed on time, materials are available and meet quality standards, and the supply chain operates smoothly to prevent production delays.


Based in the LOEWE Parisian office, the candidate will manage nine annual collections, covering PPS launches and press repetitions across Men's and Women's Fashion Show, Pre-collections, Capsules, and Special Drops


Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Coordination: Lead and manage the launch of Press and Production Part Specification (PPS) processes, ensuring timely execution and adherence to schedules.


  • Material Management:
  • Monitor and track material availability to support production needs.
  • Proactively identify and source substitute raw materials when necessary to mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement team on a weekly basis to guarantee on-time deliveries and prevent production delays.
  • Oversee the timely arrival of materials at manufacturing facilities.


  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:
  • Conduct thorough quality checks of press samples.
  • Promptly alert the production team of any errors identified in press samples to facilitate immediate corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with product technicians to ensure Bill of Material (BOM) compliance and manage any necessary changes between Sample Management System (SMS) and Production Part Specification (PPS).


  • Logistics & Inventory:
  • Generate and manage purchase orders, maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Partner with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure seamless press delivery.
  • Manage planning and scheduling activities with suppliers.


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required; experience with PLM is a plus.
  • Fluent English and French is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and Italian is a plus.
  • Seeking a junior professional with 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Must be autonomous, agile and dynamic.
  • Candidates should be flexible, rigorous, organized, and possess a strong sense of priorities.
