Your new role
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of multi‑unit residential projects, with a particular focus on apartment buildings. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and client satisfaction.

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee residential apartment projects from pre‑construction through completion, including scheduling, resourcing, and risk management.
  • Manage day‑to‑day site operations, supervising subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high-quality standard.
  • Ensure regulatory and safety compliance, including building regulations, BCAR processes, and PSCS responsibilities.
  • Control project budgets, track costs and variations, support procurement, and work closely with commercial teams to maintain financial performance.
  • Lead stakeholder communication, providing clear updates to clients, design teams, suppliers, and internal management to maintain alignment throughout the project.


What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years' experience in construction project management, ideally in residential or apartment development.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, structural works, and apartment fit‑out stages.
  • Proven experience leading subcontractor teams on complex multi‑unit projects.
  • Solid planning and scheduling abilities (MS Project or similar).
  • Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.



  • Desirable CertificationsBCAR familiarity.
    PSCS / PSDP training.
    Health & Safety qualifications (Safe Pass, IOSH, SMSTS).
    Project management certification (PMP, Prince2).
