About This Vacancy
The resource will work remotely within multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the design, implementation, and deployment of high-impact AI solutions. **Main Responsibilities** - Design, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models (classification, regression, NLP, CV, time-series). - Develop end-to-end pipelines for managing model lifecycle (MLOps). - Analyze complex datasets and define strategies for preprocessing, data augmentation, and feature engineering. - Implement scalable AI solutions on cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Develop APIs, microservices, or software components for model consumption. - Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Developers, and Domain Experts to integrate AI into company systems. - Monitor and improve model performance in production. - Document activities, results, and architectures following company best practices.

What We Expect From You
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or STEM disciplines.
- Solid experience (3+ years) as AI Engineer / ML Engineer / Data Scientist.
- Strong knowledge of Python and the main AI frameworks:
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
- Scikit‑Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM
- Experience with NLP models, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
- Familiarity with MLOps pipelines and tools such as:
- MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, DVC
- Skills in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Plus: Experience with LLM, fine‑tuning, prompt engineering.
- Fluent Italian
- Technical English (spoken and written)
