Business Analyst

Location: Florence (2–3 days per week onsite)

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation during the Discovery & Design phase. You’ll work closely with a Solution Architect, Functional Consultants and SMEs to help shape the future operating model across Planning, Scheduling and Field Service processes.

What you’ll do

• Lead and document workshops with business SMEs
• Analyse as‑is processes and design to‑be flows aligned to D365 Project Operations & Field Service
• Structure requirements into epics, features, user stories
• Support PoC preparation and early solution definition
• Identify gaps, risks and dependencies for the implementation phase

What we’re looking for

• Strong Business Analysis background in software delivery or transformation projects
• Excellent workshop, stakeholder and documentation skills
• Experience in planning, scheduling, field service, service operations, or similar operational domains
• Ability to challenge legacy processes and propose improvements
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 or other enterprise applications is beneficial
