R&I Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager – Process Innovation & Circularity strengthens the execution of industrial process innovation and circularity initiatives by embedding a senior, hands-on profile close to manufacturing operations.

The role is designed to ensure strong on-the-ground presence in Italy, working hand-in-hand with our manufacturing sites, while maintaining close alignment with R&I F&A Innovation and selected Maisons. While the initial focus is on direct execution, the role is expected to progressively contribute to the definition of a clear strategy across the two pillars — Process Innovation and Circularity — and to support the structured build-up of a dedicated team at a later stage.

The position operates at the intersection of manufacturing, innovation, and Maison needs, translating strategic objectives into deployable industrial solutions with tangible operational impact.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

• Drive and deliver industrial innovation and circularity projects from strategy definition to deployment
• Act as the single point of ownership for Process Innovation and Circularity topics within the Italian scope
• Contribute to the definition, structuring, and activation of a clear strategy across the two pillars
• Support the progressive build-up and structuring of a dedicated team as the scope and maturity evolve
• Translate innovation concepts into concrete manufacturing and operational solutions
• Ensure alignment and execution across the Manufacturing Sites, Maisons & Group Functions
• Actively manage stakeholders across manufacturing entities and Maison organisations, including HQ and regional teams outside of Italy
• Support transversal initiatives where relevant, while remaining strongly manufacturing-anchored

PROFILE SOUGHT (HIGH LEVEL)

• Senior Project Manager with a solid background in complex operational ecosystems, spanning industrial, manufacturing, and/or consulting contexts, ideally in luxury (5–8 years of relevant experience).
• Proven experience in innovation, process optimisation, and circularity topics
• Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (manufacturing sites, Maisons, HQ, regions)
• Comfortable contributing to strategic definition while remaining highly execution-oriented
• Pragmatic, hands-on, and credible with industrial stakeholders
• Experience in building or scaling teams is a strong plus
• Language: Italian, English, French is a big plus
