Senior Network Engineer

Penta Consulting are a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner helping to deliver professional and managed solutions across EMEA.

We’re expanding our team and looking for a Senior Network Engineer to support a key project based in Rome on a 12‑month extendable contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex network environments and enjoys a balanced onsite schedule.

What You’ll Work On

• Managing and optimizing enterprise‑level network infrastructures
• Troubleshooting advanced network issues and ensuring high availability
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement network solutions
• Documenting configurations, processes, and improvements

What You Bring

• Strong, hands‑on expertise in Routing & Switching
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Bonus skills (nice to have):

• Data Center / Cisco ACI
• SD‑WAN technologies
• Any additional network‑related specializations
