Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with a strong marketing background to join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This confidential role will combine project management expertise with personal and executive assistant responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations within the Marketing Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Manage and oversee marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to overcome challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project outcomes and performance.
Personal/Executive Assistance:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Marketing Department.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the organization’s goals and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in a PA/EA capacity supporting senior executives.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, tools, and strategies.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
