Lead Graphic Designer

Join one of the world’s fastest growing gaming marketplaces as a Lead Graphic Designer acting as a player coach to mentor our two person team. This is an excellent opportunity for senior graphic designers looking to step into leadership while staying close to the craft. You will combine team leadership with a dedicated hands on approach while guiding the designers through our three main priorities of performance marketing, brand initiatives and product support.

In this position, you will:

• Lead and coach a team of two designers, managing their priorities, growth, and output
• Balance your role by dedicating 40% of your time to leading a team of two designers, while remaining 60% hands-on with core projects
• Mentor the team through clear creative direction and constructive design reviews
• Elevate storytelling and visuals from initial concept to final delivery
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, and Brand teams to ensure alignment
• Translate business goals and briefs into actionable design tasks
• Drive improvement by staying on top of design trends and inspiring the team

We expect you to have:

• 4+ years of design experience, including work in graphic design teams
• A standout portfolio showing expertise in branding, art direction, and marketing
• Ability to manage team growth while delivering high-quality design work yourself
• Strong visual design and art direction skills
• Expert skills on Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• The ability to work methodically in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, with full proficiency in both English and Lithuanian
• Ability to work at our Vilnius office at least 4 days per week

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is €3500 – €5000 gross per month, depending on your experience
