Project Manager

RSI Europe
Lithuania · Full-time · Mid-Senior

RSI Europe is a rapidly growing defense technology company based in Vilnius, Lithuania, developing and producing advanced remotely operated systems for modern military operations. Our mission is to empower armed forces with reliable, innovative, and field-proven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and safety.

RSI Europe is growing, and we are looking for a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented Product Project Manager to join our Product team. In this role, you will support the execution of strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring projects move forward smoothly, internal and external stakeholders stay aligned, and critical tasks are delivered on time.

This position plays a key role in strengthening our internal execution discipline and helping Product Manager and Product Owners focus on higher-value activities.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day project management activities within the Product department.
  • Maintain and follow up on development plans, schedules, dependencies, and task assignments.
  • Drive clear communication and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including strategic partners.
  • Manage and coordinate ad-hoc projects — including fast-response non-standard orders, urgent internal requests, and one-off operational initiatives.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, identify risks, and ensure timely escalations when needed.
  • Maintain consistent documentation, ensure process transparency, and support structured information flow across teams.
  • Contribute to improving project workflows, tools, and processes to strengthen overall Product department operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project coordination, project management, or product ownership ideally with technology-driven products.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a closely related discipline).
  • Understanding of — or strong interest in — the defense and military technology sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented, and proactive manner.
  • Willingness to handle operational, administrative, and manual project tasks when required.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • A curiosity-driven mindset, ownership mentality, and the motivation to improve processes rather than simply follow them.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).

What We Offer

  • A unique opportunity to join a fast-growing defense technology company in its scaling stage.
  • A chance to make a direct impact on European security and support Ukraine’s victory.
  • Flexible working hours and a supportive, highly motivated team, frequent team-building events, free parking.
  • Private health insurance after the probation period.
  • Performance-based bonuses.
  • Monthly salary from 3 500 EUR (gross) to 4 500 EUR (gross), depending on qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
