We currently have a vacancy for a Full Stack developer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Luxembourg. The work will be carried out either in the company's premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client's IT team on site.

Your tasks:
- Upgrading from Java 8 to Java 17 or a higher version;
- Developing vendor-agnostic portable application;
- Deploying Spring Boot applications on Apache Tomcat;
- Developing OPENAPI-compliant Java-based REST APIs, and integrating with existing RESTful services;
- Designing and implementing APIs beyond traditional REST, including query-based (e.g. GraphQL, SPARQL) and asynchronous interaction patterns;
- Securing applications and using secrets management tools like Hashicorp Vault.;
- Integrating with Message Broker message streams (e.g. Kafka) used in distributed event systems and asynchronous architectures;
- Refactoring applications from WebLogic to Tomcat;
- Providing modern, developer-friendly API documentation that includes an interactive sandbox, clear integration examples, and structured tagging based on current best practices;
- Monitoring data-flows and behaviours of event-based or asynchronous systems
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in IT;

- Minimum 8 years of experience with Java development from versions 8 and higher;
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and integrating OPENAPI-compliant RESTful APIs;
- Minimum 5 years of experience with XML and HTML as data formats;
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Angular;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in web development with HTML and CSS3;
- Minimum 5 years of experience with responsive and accessible design;
- Minimum 5 years of experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar;
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
- Minimum 5 years of experience using the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
- Minimum 5 years of experience documenting code and configuration;
- Minimum 4 years of experience with Oracle RDBMS;
- Minimum 4 years of experience with PostgreSQL RDBMS;
- Minimum 4 years of experience with JSON;
- Minimum 4 years of experience with backend testing tools (JUnit, Mockito, Postman, Testcontainers);
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing and developing vendor-neutral, cloud-portable applications using open standards;
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL;
- Minimum 3 years of experience with cloud development in environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP;
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SaaS and CaaS hosting services;
- Minimum 3 years of experience using monitoring and logging tools such as the ELK Stack;
- Minimum 3 years of experience with message brokers for asynchronous event-driven processing;
- Minimum 3 years of experience with frontend testing tools (Mocha, Jest, JMeter, Cypress);
- Minimum 3 years of experience writing analysis documents;
- Minimum 3 years of experience writing installation instructions and other technical guides;
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing API documentation based on industry best practices;
- Minimum 2.5 years (30 months) of experience with Kubernetes;
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Spring Boot framework for developing back-end applications;
- Minimum 2 years of experience securing applications under security standards (SSDF, NIST 800-53, etc.);
- Minimum 2 years of experience using secrets management tools like Hashicorp Vault;
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing containerized applications (Docker);
- Minimum 2 years of experience with CI/CD practices for automated testing, integration, and deployment;
- Minimum 1 year of experience upgrading from Java 8 to recent versions (17+);
- Minimum 1 year of experience with dependency management using Maven;
- Minimum 1 year of experience with GraphQL;
- Minimum 1 year of experience with WSO2 API Gateway or similar;
- Minimum 1 year of experience with database migration;
- Minimum 1 year of experience integrating and configuring databases with Liquibase or similar;
- Minimum 1 year of experience with cloud-agnostic environments;
- Minimum 1 year of experience with centralized management of data schemas (e.g., Schema Registry);
- Minimum 1 year of experience monitoring and troubleshooting Kafka-based data flows;
- Minimum 1 year of experience with GIT code repositories and delivery processes;
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing licensing and compliance aspects of integrated components;
- Minimum 1 year of experience migrating applications from WebLogic to Tomcat;
- Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Sharepoint and Teams for team collaboration;
- Minimum 6 months of experience with linked data approaches and related semantic or graph-based technologies
- Excellent command of the English language
