Python Developer

Role : Python Developer

Contract : 12 Months

Location : Throughout the EU Location : Remote

Must Have :

Backend & API Development

• Strong proficiency in Python (advanced concepts, performance optimization, async programming).

• Hands-on experience with FastAPI for building high-performance RESTful APIs.

• Experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs and Kafka messaging.

• Solid understanding of API security, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and authorization.

DevOps & Cloud-Native Technologies

• Strong experience with Docker for containerization.

• Proven expertise in Kubernetes for container orchestration and scaling.

• Experience using Helm for Kubernetes package management and templating.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation concepts.

• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for build, test, and deployment automation.

Databases

• Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).

• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.).

• Ability to design efficient schemas, indexes, and optimize queries.

Roles & Responsibilties :

Development Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python backend services using FastAPI.

• Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs with high performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with frontend and platform teams to deliver full-stack solutions.

• Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices.

DevOps & Platform Responsibilities

• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes.

• Manage Kubernetes deployments using Helm charts.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

• Implement GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.

• Monitor system performance and reliability using Grafana and related tools.

Database & System Design

• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases.

• Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity and scalability.

• Participate in architecture and design reviews.

Operational Excellence

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Implement observability, logging, and monitoring solutions.

• Ensure system security, reliability, and compliance with best practices.
