We are strengthening our team with a Web Designer, specialized in UX and UI, to collaborate on a short‑term project. We are looking for an experienced and autonomous professional with a strong ability to transform functional requirements into intuitive, accessible, and consistent digital experiences.

We are strengthening our team with a Web Designer, specialized in UX and UI, to collaborate on a short‑term project. We are looking for an experienced and autonomous professional with a strong ability to transform functional requirements into intuitive, accessible, and consistent digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop UX and UI designs based on the requirements defined by the Product Owner.
- Create components and interfaces for different websites.
- Produce design prototypes (UX and UI) using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate in an Agile team, contributing to several projects simultaneously.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Web Design / UX/UI Design roles.
- Solid experience in Usability, UX Design, and UI Design.
- Previous experience working on multiple projects in parallel (valued).
- Knowledge in creating and maintaining Design Systems and components.
- Strong skills in digital accessibility (AA and AAA levels).
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Mandatory portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI work.
- High level of autonomy and responsibility.
- Strong attention to detail and a user‑centric mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Adaptability to work in an Agile environment.
- Work model: Hybrid (up to 3 times per week at the office).
- Location: Picoas, Lisbon.
