Marketing Manager

PeK Automotive is a leader in developing autonomous electric systems and vehicles for agriculture and rescuing. We are searching for talented and experienced professionals to join our fast growing company.

We are extending our Marketing Department and we are looking for a professionals in this field.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital marketing campaigns, expos, and customer presentations;
• Oversee the creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans;
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and presentations targeted at our customer base and potential clients;
• Lead and coordinate marketing and social media campaigns, analyzing their performance and making necessary adjustments for improved effectiveness;
• Oversee and ensure the quality and effectiveness of copywriting for marketing materials, social media posts, and other promotional content;
• Develop and monitor performance metrics to optimize campaign efficiency;
• Work collaboratively with other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives;
• Stay current on industry trends, contributing valuable insights to shape our marketing approaches.

Requirements:

• Understanding of market research and data analysis methods;
• Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital and non-digital channels;
• Understanding of different marketing and sales touchpoints;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in overseeing copywriting and ensuring content effectiveness;
• Web design, social media management, and SEO optimization are preferred but not required. Familiarity with the agricultural sector is considered a plus.
