Product Marketing Manager, Ecosystem Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to lead ecosystem marketing initiatives, connecting technical products with market adoption and growth opportunities. This role is pivotal in crafting compelling narratives, enabling sales and business development teams, and driving collaborative campaigns with ecosystem partners. The position offers a hands-on environment where strategy meets execution, providing opportunities to influence product positioning, expand reach, and contribute to sustainable ecosystem growth. Ideal candidates will thrive in fast-moving, innovative markets, working cross-functionally to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences effectively.

Accountabilities

• Translate technical products and positioning into clear, persuasive sales and marketing materials such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive frameworks, objection guides, presentations, and proof points.
• Maintain a centralized sales enablement library with version control and quality standards to support internal teams.
• Enable sales, business development, account management, and customer success teams with resources for client engagement and adoption.
• Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with ecosystem partners, including timelines, materials creation, announcements, and launch logistics.
• Build and manage partner relationships, identifying collaborative opportunities and providing tailored marketing collateral.
• Lead 2–3 concurrent account-based marketing campaigns, managing content creation and distribution across community, social, partnership, and on-chain channels.
• Develop educational and thought leadership content, including scripts, blogs, press releases, integration guides, and case studies, simplifying complex blockchain and DeFi concepts.
• Conduct competitive research and market trend analysis to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy.
• Track and report on campaign performance, partnership metrics, and enablement effectiveness, optimizing based on data insights.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, including 3+ years in crypto, DeFi, or blockchain-related projects.
• Proven success in launching technical products through hands-on go-to-market execution, including sales enablement, co-marketing, and content creation, with measurable impact on user acquisition and retention.
• Experience marketing to institutional/TradFi audiences, bridging technical infrastructure with broader finance stakeholders.
• Demonstrated collaboration with ecosystem partners on co-marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Strong understanding of DeFi ecosystems, tokenomics, restaking, and on-chain mechanics; ability to communicate complex topics clearly for both crypto-native and traditional audiences.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience in community-led growth, partnerships, or developer marketing.
• Bonus: experience in startups/scale-ups, developer marketing, or active involvement in crypto communities.
