Tesla is looking to hire an enthusiastic Data Science Intern to join our Data Science Team, part of the centralized EMEA Business Analytics Team. As a Data Science Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the development of advanced analytical solutions and data-driven products for Tesla’s Sales, Services & Delivery teams. This role is critical for supporting our data strategy and data-driven decision making across the organization.

What You'll Do

Assist in developing end-to-end advanced analytics solutions that support business objectives e.g. machine learning, generative AI, causal inference and statistical modelling.

Perform advanced data analysis, modeling, visualization, and statistical techniques to gain actionable insights.

Collaborate with BI, IT, and data engineers to support the deployment and maintenance of data solutions.

Effectively communicate data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Academic or project experience in data science, with a track record of successfully delivering data science projects.

Strong and effective communication skills.

Highly collaborative and team-oriented.

Enthusiasm for business, with a keen interest in understanding and solving problems.

Strong proficiency in SQL, programming languages (Python, R, etc.), and data science libraries, as well as knowledge of machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
