Senior Product Manager, RCS for Business

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder or related technical role.
• Experience managing business strategy and execution.
• Experience managing products from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in partnerships, collaborating with enterprises on creating technical solutions.
• Ability to work with senior executives, product leaders, and senior engineering leaders across Google.

Responsibilities

• Lead PRDs by collaborating with partner teams (e.g., engineers, program managers, UX) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn PRDs into OKRs for multiple teams.
• Contribute to the ambition of creating an engaging business messaging platform.
• Spend time with customers, users, and partners around the world both virtually and physically, understand their needs, and translate them to the future of global communication.
• Identify the highest impact opportunities both for Google and the entire RCS ecosystem which could be related to AI-powered agents, conversational design, commerce, trust and safety, personalized brand engagement, or other areas.
• Enable brands to create an engaging customer experience.
