✨ What You’ll Be Rocking

• Taking an active role in fulfilling the company’s legal obligations under Law No. 5549 on the Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime and MASAK regulations,
• Preparing, updating, and managing company policies and procedures, and submitting them for Board of Directors’ approval,
• Establishing and executing the risk management policy and conducting risk assessment activities,
• Developing monitoring and control policies and carrying out related compliance activities,
• Investigating and evaluating suspicious transactions reported or identified independently, and detecting and reporting suspicious activities when necessary,
• Identifying potential local compliance risks, preparing action plans accordingly, and monitoring their implementation,
• Maintaining records and statistics related to internal audit and training activities, and submitting them to the relevant authorities within the timeframes specified by regulations,
• Ensuring that business units and employees comply with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures,
• Managing compliance activities related to Data Protection Regulations (including KVKK),
• Providing guidance to teams on the implementation of regulations and procedures, and conducting awareness and training activities to promote a strong culture of compliance across the organization.

🎯 The Perfect Fit

• Meeting the legal requirements to be appointed as an Assistant Compliance Officer,
• Graduated from universities, preferably with a degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, International Relations, or related fields,
• At least 5 years of experience in compliance, internal control, risk management, audit, or similar functions within the financial sector,
• Holding a MASAK Compliance Officer Authorization Certificate, or having successfully passed the exam and currently in the application process,
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint,
• Ability to organize training activities, preferably holding a trainer certification,
• Holding internationally recognized compliance/AML certifications such as CAMS, ICA, etc. (preferred),
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform data analysis,
• Experience in using AML monitoring and screening systems,
• Possessing basic legal knowledge and the ability to interpret regulations,
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
