WFM -Assistant Manager

Job Purpose

Own the engineering and technical delivery of WFM platforms and integrations supporting the end‑to‑end sourcing lifecycle. Architect, build, and maintain production‑grade services, automations, and data pipelines that reduce cycle time, improve candidate signal quality, harden reliability/security, and provide real‑time operational visibility for WFM stakeholders—strictly within the WFM scope.

Main Tasks

• Automate repetitive WFM tasks (validation, dedupe, interview panel assignment, calendar sync, approvals), including using LLM‑assisted coding with to accelerate code generation, test scaffolding, and policy checks while maintaining human code reviews.
• Ensure data reconciliation and reporting
• Design and execute enhancements to improvement the overall sourcing quality, including but not limited to, utilizing AI to refine sourcing input
  
  

Job Knowledge (Essential)

Deep knowledge of WFM/HR technology stacks and sourcing lifecycle mechanics; distributed systems, service design, event‑driven architectures, and integration via enterprise adapters; security, privacy and PII compliance in HR/WFM data flows.

Skills (Essential)

Backend engineering (Java/Spring Boot and/or Node.js/TypeScript), LLM‑assisted coding for safe acceleration.

Prior Work Experience (Essential)

8–12 years in software engineering with 4+ years building HR/WFM platforms or similar workflow/intake systems in enterprise/regulatory environments; operating services at scale; experience using LLM tools (Claude) in secure engineering workflows.

Education

Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
