Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces and experiences across various digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to deliver intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their experience in designing web and mobile applications, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to transform complex ideas into user-friendly interface designs. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and identify user needs and pain points.
• Develop design concepts that align with branding and visual identity guidelines.
• Ensure design consistency and coherence across all digital platforms and devices.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics.
• Maintain and update design libraries, style guides, and design documentation.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the industry.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Balance user needs with business objectives to deliver effective design solutions.
• Contribute to the enhancement of current products and the development of new features.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
