Senior Data Scientist (LLM)

We’re supporting a high-growth, well-funded AI company in Dubai that is building next-generation Generative AI and Large Language Model products used at real enterprise scale.

They are now looking to hire a Senior LLM Engineer to design, train, and deploy production-grade LLM and GenAI systems that power intelligent automation and decision-making across multiple industries.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building, not just researching.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

• Designing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs and GenAI pipelines in production
• Working across RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and model optimisation
• Training and evaluating custom models using large proprietary datasets
• Building scalable ML infrastructure (MLOps, model serving, monitoring)
• Collaborating with product and engineering to ship AI features end-to-end
• Improving performance, latency, and cost-efficiency of AI systems

✅ What we’re looking for

• 8+ years experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / Applied AI
• Strong experience with LLMs or NLP systems in production environments
• Python expertise with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain/LlamaIndex
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector stores, embeddings, fine-tuning
• Solid understanding of ML system design & MLOps practices
• Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Strong engineering mindset – clean, scalable code

Nice to have:

• GenAI product or startup experience
• Distributed training / optimisation
• Kubernetes / Docker
